It is our love for our work that gives us a reason to wake up every morning with a smile and gear up for some action. John Holmes
Head of USA Sales
John is an experienced sales leader with a proven record of driving growth, building teams, and forming strategic partnerships in various industries, including sustainable packaging, seafood distribution, and foodservice. He excels in managing multi-regional sales teams, securing major accounts, and entering new markets. John has a strong background in creating effective sales programs, improving operational efficiency, and launching innovative products in competitive markets.
Jasmin Landa
Head of Sales Support
Jasmin joins Pakka with over six years of sales experience, eager to support the U.S. launch. Originally from Northern Nevada, Jasmin now calls Portland, Oregon home, having stayed after college. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, playing sports, and exploring the Pacific Northwest. As the middle sibling of three, family time is always cherished.
Neylan McBaine
Marketing Head
Neylan McBaine is a non-profit leader, marketing executive and passionate advocate. As the author of three books and TEDx presenter, Neylan has been called a “uniquely important” “change agent” in Utah and within her faith. Drawing
from foundational years as a marketer in Silicon Valley, Neylan brings a unique combination of audience awareness, clear communication and a sense of creative fun to her work in the non-profit, education and cause-oriented spaces.
Vishal Bansal
Business Head
Vishal, Pakka’s Head for US Business, brings a passion for sustainable solutions in packaging and molded products. Previously CTO and VP at Glatfelter, he led global innovation, R&D, and sustainability efforts. Vishal also held leadership roles at Parker Hannifin, GE, and DuPont. He holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from OU, a B.S. from IIT Bombay, and an executive MBA from VCU, with over 50 patents to his name.
